Services Overview

Advanced Interventional Pain Management Center is committed to placing your health first with convenient and quality healthcare. We committed to efficiently deliver cutting edge service to our patients in a caring environment through the latest technologies and problem solving.

We use advanced Fluoroscopic imaging techniques to obtain real-time images of the internal structures of a patient through the use of a fluoroscope. In its simplest form, a fluoroscope consists of an x-ray source and fluorescent screen between which a patient is placed. However, modern fluoroscopes couple the screen to an x-ray image intensifier and CCD video camera allowing the images to be played and recorded in real-time on a monitor. The surgeon has the ability to perform more minimally-invasive procedures, while gaining access to difficult-to-reach anatomy. The patient benefits from a safer and shorter procedure resulting in less trauma, and shorter recovery time.

What can be done to treat pain?
There are many ways to manage your pain. There are medicines that can be used to relieve pain. There are also other ways to treat pain without taking medicine, such as sacoilliac joint injections, epidural steroid injections and spinal cord stimulators, just to name a few. Dr. Poonia, our pain management specialist, will work with you to find out what works best for you.
